Chemical Reaction Method: It uses chemical reactions between carbonates (such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, etc.) and acids (such as dilute hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.) to generate CO₂. For example, when a certain amount of calcium carbonate powder is mixed with a dilute acid solution, the reaction immediately produces carbon dioxide gas, salts, and water. Combustion By-product Method: It generates combustion flue gas rich in CO₂ by burning carbon-containing fuels (such as natural gas, propane, etc.). To obtain high-purity CO₂, oxygen-enriched combustion technology is usually adopted to reduce the content of impurities such as nitrogen.

Purification:

Removal of harmful impurities such as sulfides and nitrogen oxides.

Drying:

Removal of moisture through adsorption or condensation.

Compression:

Compression of pure CO₂ gas to the required pressure for storage or direct use.
