The sand washer is widely used as washing separator in such industries as sand and gravel plants, mine, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water resources and hydropower, and concrete mix plant, etc.
Sand maker Working Theory of Sand Washer :
The sand washer is driven by motor and decelerated machine, and the impeller in the driving gullet revolves periodically, so that the sand, gravel and slag particles are mixed, overturned, washed in the gullet, finally, the washed materials are dehydrated and discharged in the impeller.
Performance and Feature of Sand Washer
1. The sand maker has the advantage of plain structure. Besides, the impeller transmission bearing device, water and washed materials are isolated to prevent the bearing from damaging due to sand and contamination.
2. The sand washer has the following advantages when it is applied to washing sand in the sand and gravel plants: a. Little of washed-away medium and fine sand, the progression and modulus of the selected sand for building reach the standards of the national "Sand for Building" and "Scree and Detritus for Building".
